Fairly clean place with amicable and pleasant staff and great view of mountains in backdrop of the roof tops. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Wonderful location just off center of town very near walking street, and restaurants and walking street with spotless and big rooms. Also, happy to give advice on local tourist spots. Great stay, as always.

Deluxe hotel, HELPFUL staff. Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. We had a great balcony to admire the pool views. Good base for exploring Pai.

Perfect rural atmosphere, quiet and peaceful location, high level of cleanliness, beautiful property, excellent location.

The place is within walking distance to i'p burger & grill, making it convenient for lunch and overall, my stay was lovely despite the firm bed.

The rooms here are cozy and have a modern feel, complete with a nice bathroom. the bed was a bit unstable as it seemed to have a broken leg. the price is reasonable at GBP 59 a night. 💸

We had an amazing city break, just a few minutes from the market and a convenience store. the peaceful atmosphere of the place was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset views from the hotel, and the friendly staff made our stay even better. the room we stayed in had everything we needed. Best of all, we had the whole pool to ourselves every time!

The TV only had local channels, but we didn't mind as we weren't there to watch TV. the only downside was that there was noticeable noise from the hallway, nothing too bothersome though.

This hotel was a great choice for our romantic escape. the first thing we loved was the beautiful swimming pool - it was the perfect spot to relax and cool off after a day of exploring. the room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. And the location couldn't have been better - right next to the bustling night market and within walking distance of all the main attractions in town.

Luxurious touches everywhere, delicious smelling soap, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, spacious room with surprising amenities like a plunger, amazing balcony with mountain views, fabulous pool for all-day relaxation. The staff were kind and helpful, allowing early check-in. Excellent location close to the night market and convenience stores. Beautiful property, clean rooms, lots of toiletries, complimentary snacks and drinks. a mind-blowing experience with everything we could ask for!

Pool access was convenient as it was right by the room's door. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was decently equipped.

The room and facilities felt old and outdated. The staff seemed to be disinterested and did not offer much help or recommendations.

The staff here are always trying to make up for bad management. They offer a great room service, housekeeping, and laundry service. The free shuttle service is a bonus. The rooms have amazing amenities including air conditioning, mini-bar, sitting area, terrace, and in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in rooms is very convenient, and the flat-screen TV is a nice touch. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offer a delicious dining experience. The swimming pool is perfect for leisurely swims, and they even have sun loungers for relaxation.

No pets allowed. This place is recommended for families.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel had a great location and lovely pool, perfect for a relaxing day. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a balcony that provided a great view of the surroundings.
